Cap d'Agde Penthouse 50 m² with large terrace and sea view

The penthouse is located on the 4th and last floor (without elevator) of a secure residence. With an area of 50 m² you will have an American kitchen and a bar opening onto a 16 m² terrace. The living room enjoys an exceptional view of the shores via a bay window of 3m by 2m as well as 2 large sliding windows opening onto the terrace. Free high speed wifi access. It includes a 112 cm flat screen TV and a sleeping couch for 2 people. In the mezzanine lies a bed of 1.80 x 200 cm and a small extra terrace. On the terrace you will have a large gas barbequ and a breathtaking view of the Mont-Saint-Loup and the channel where the tall ships pass. the exterior entrance of the penthouse is under video surveillance. The rental includes a Box for cars (max 4 m) and 2 bikes at your disposal.

Schöne aber dringend renovierungsbedürftige Wohnung: rostiger Herd, beschädigte Küche, Wände mit Feuchtigkeitsschäden, undichte Fenster, viele Ameisen. Der Grill hat kein Grillrost mehr, der Tisch auf der Dachterrasse ist zerbrochen, das Außensofa beschädigt und alle Sitzkissen sind verschmutzt. Das Bad hat keine Tür, daher sollte man sich gut kennen.Toller Ausblick in den Hafen.

Kleine, aber feine Wohnung mit sagenhaftem Ausblick

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in dieser Wohnung. Sie war ansprechend eingerichtet mit allem Nötigen gut ausgestattet. Von der Terrasse hatte man einen wunderbaren Blick über den Hafen und konnte die Sonnenuntergänge genießen.

Une vue magnifique sur la marina !

Un appartement idéalement situé sur la marina du Cap d'Agde. Que ce soit depuis le salon, la terrasse ou même depuis votre lit ! Vous aurez une vue magnifique sur la marina, les bateaux. Les goélands vous réveilleront le matin par leurs cris. Cela change de nos campagnes où ce sont des merles tourterelles et autres ... Contrairement à certaines locations où vous n'avez que 4 fourchettes, 4 couteaux, 4 cuillères....L'appartement est très bien fournis en vaisselle et matériel de cuisine. Après tout, ce n'est pas parce que l'on est vacances, qu'il ne faut pas cuisiner ! Vous trouverez tout ce qu'il faut. Plats, assiettes, couverts vous trouverez tout en quantité plus que suffisante ! Comme chez soi ! Les 4 étages sans ascenseur vous permettront de garder la forme ! Concernant la salle de bain, il est bon d'être open, ou en couple .... car pas de porte. Nous avons passés un très agréable séjour. Nous nous sommes fait un très bon copain goéland.

Traumhaftes Panorama-Penthouse in toller Lage

Der Aufenthalt in diesem tollen Penthouse hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Aussicht ist absolut traumhaft und es ist alles vor Ort was man benötigt, um gemütliche und entspannte Tage zu verbringen. Die Vermieter waren sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir können uns sehr gut vorstellen dort wieder einmal einzukehren.

Fantastic Holiday

We were a family of 4 adults staying in this fantastic apartment. We found it to be very comfortable & clean with plenty space inside & out. The outside stairs & landings were cleaned every day. The views from the panoramic window in the livingroom were amazing, especially sleeping on the sofa bed & waking to those views....wow. The terrace was a great size, again lovely views across the marina & got the sun all day, very private for sunbathing. The kitchen was well appointed with a lot of new appliances & crockery. We loved the mezzanine floor, very comfortable. The apartment for us was in a great location, ile des pécheurs, close enough to walk to the main shopping, restaurant area of the marina, but if walking isn't your thing then the little water taxi can take you there for 3€ return, or use the bikes that the owner has in the garage. The owner was very obliging with our travel requirements & replied promptly to any queries I had. Things to do:- Bars - Mayflower, Amnesia, Cafe Capitaine (Agde), Quai Quest, Le Carré Rouge, Le Quartier General (Pezenas) Restaurants - Ami Louise, L'amiral (Agde), Les Halles, Au Bout Du Quai, Le Mèditerraneé, La Ripaille (Pezenas) Days Out - Agde, Canal du Midi boat hire, Pezenas food, wine & music friday nights, Pezenas saturday market (a must do) Beziers, Montpellier, boat trip to Sete from marina, Aqualand. Beaches - Plage Richelieu, Plage Rochelongue, Plage Vias, Plage Marseillan We will be back

Séjour 2 semaines - pur bonheur pour les yeux

Bel appartement bien disposé, calme et lumineux ; idéal pour couple ( Nous avons adoré nous reposer sur la terrasse en toute intimité, admirer le passage des grands voiliers et certains soirs de magnifiques couchers de soleil). Les propriétaires ont été à nos petits soins et nous les en remercions.
