    Welcome to your future seaside pied-à-terre! Located in the Le Matago residence in Cap d'Agde, this 59 m² apartment is perfect for accommodating up to 6 people.



    Description of the accommodation

    -Living room: comfortable sofa bed, television, dining table to share good meals.

    -Bedroom 1: Queen Size double bed (160x200).

    -Bedroom 2: single beds (2x90x200).

    -Kitchen: fully equipped with refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishes, cutlery, kitchen utensils and Dolce Gusto pod coffee machine.

    -Bathroom: shower.



    Other equipment: private parking space no. 76, pool access, duvets, blankets and pillows included.



    The beach is accessible within a few minutes on foot. Around you, you will find numerous shops for your daily shopping as well as a beautiful selection of restaurants to savour local specialities or simply enjoy a dinner on the terrace. Everything is gathered for a practical and pleasant stay, without needing to take the car.
