  • This bright and cozy 45 m² apartment in Agde is perfect for up to 6 guests, offering a relaxing space with 1 bedroom. Located in a family-friendly area close to the sea, the property is surrounded by convenience and leisure options. It is just 50 meters from the restaurant "La Cabane du Mail," 60 meters from the "Spar" supermarket, and 200 meters from the sandy beach. The apartment features a garden and access to a communal heated swimming pool, making it an excellent choice for a seaside escape.

    The accommodation includes a garden with outdoor furniture, a barbecue, air conditioning, electric heating, and a fan for added comfort. Entertainment amenities include a TV and a radio. A washing machine is also available for convenience during longer stays.

    The open-plan electric kitchen is well-equipped with a microwave, coffee machine, toaster, dishes/cutlery, and essential kitchen utensils.
