Location très agréable et confortable

La propriété est nickel . Le 1er jour Valérie nous a accueilli avec sympathie et bienveillance . Le séjour a été agréable et nous nous sommes cru "comme a la maison" ou chez des amis . La location est canon et les équipement a l'intérieur également. Avec tout ce confort on a pu profiter de nos vacances sereinement Je n'ai rien a redire sur la location Valerie et son compagnon sont charmants et sympathique . C'etait un plaisir de les rencontrer . Bref un très bon séjour sans hésiter

Accueillant et pratique.

Appartement en plein centre ville, idéal pour nous car vacances hors saison, cela nous a permis de vivre au coeur des agathois. Trois espaces bien distincts et bien déterminés, nous avons particulièrement aimé la cuisine bien équipée et l'espace nuit très pratique . Les propriétaires sont hyper sympas et très à l'écoute pour vous faire passer un bon séjour. Merci encore à eux.

Memorizable

We stayed in the old city center of Agde in an building from the 17th century which was beautifully renovated by the owner Valerie. Rooms extend over three level and are small as being typical for these old buildings. Very clean, very quiet and fully equipped appartment with lots of love being put into the design. Valerie was extremely helpful and introduced us to the way people live in the old town.

Einfach "nur" grandios!

Also, wie soll man einen Urlaub bewerten, an dem wirklich alles gepasst hat? Angefangen von der überaus symphatischen Besitzerin nebst Partner, bis hin zu der gemütlichen Unterkunft nebst super eingerichteten Küche (inkl. Salatschleuder!!!!!!!!!!) Das Häuschen ist entzückend, die Betten sind komfortabel, Bad groß, 2 Fernseher (keine deutschen Sender - ich brauchs nicht im Urlaub) Agde ist ein wunderschöne Stadt (Altstadt) und Mme. Lionti steht bei Fragen hilfreich zur Seite! Schräg gegenüber gibt es eine kleine Weinbar, deren Besitzerin passabel deutsch spricht. Strände gibt es überaus viele, man isst hervorragend bei den Degoustations in Marseillan "La Cabane" und "Coqui Thau" (Öffnungszeiten s. Internet) oder auch urgemütlich und hervorragend im "Vieux Logis" in Vias. Aber - die eigenen Erfahrungen sind die besten. Viel Spaß bei Valérie Lionti!

Beautiful house, sweetest host

The house is situated in a lively part of Agde. (Car park around the corner for free) You'll be warmly welcomed by Valerie in a beautiful small street with shops (juwelery, art, supermarket, fish, vegetables) and places to enjoy (terrace, crêperie, icecream). Enter through the iron gate and red door, up the first stairs is the kitchen and 1st toilet. Fully equiped to cook yourself a nice meal or breakfast. Up the second stairs is the living room with books, tv and large closet. Enter the tird floor for bedroom 1 and bathroom with 2nd toilet. Under the roof, there is the vide with the second bedroom. It was mid-summer but cool enough inside because of the airco en ventilators. You need anything? Ask Valerie. Or just enjoy a good glass of wine with locals on Jean-Paul's terrace! We loved this beautiful house, Rue de l'Amour and of course: its owner.
