"My time here was great, the management and staff were wonderful. First there was a mix up in my reservation with orbitz and my flight came in earlier than check in time. The assistant manager personally still checked me in and the staff were great. I love the safe in the rooms so I knew my money and documents were safe. The breakfast was great. I had a wonderful 2 nights at this hotel and will definitely recommend it to a friend."

They show disdain towards Expedia reservations and when there’s a problem or issue to clarify or resolve they hesitate or bluntly refuse to contact Expedia and visit the consequences on the guest.
