「Hôtel très bien situé (à 3min des restos en bord de mer). Literie confortable. Chambre propre. Le balcon est un plus vraiment agréable. La piscine est top pour enfants comme pour adultes ! Personnel réactif, on a eu un soucis avec notre frigo ils sont de suite allés régler le problème. Le seul problème : le wifi qui fonctionne très très mal.」

「The hotel is really nice, the pool area is clean and modern and the staff are really nice. The apartment was huge and had everything you needed including cooking and washing facilities. It has two big balconies and good aircon and nicely decorated. It is a straight walk down to a nice area with restaurants and 15 min walk from the beach. 」

「This was our First trip to Crete, this resort was on the quite side, so if you looking to unwind and relax , this is the place. The meals were pretty good and the desserts amazing. The staff were pretty friendly although I find the bar staff at the pool could be a bit more friendlier. 」

「It's the best hotel to stay if you want to go to Balos Beach & Lagoon the next day. We had a nice room at the first floor with a sea view and the swimming pool was just outside the room. The facilities are new and good. However, the room still has strong smell of decoration. We had to open the window to get some fresh air. The restaurant at the the hotel provides breakfast and buffet dinner which are not bad.」

「My stay at the Panorama was unforgettable. The hospitality of staff was warm, the food incredibly delicious and 2 min walk to the beautiful Falassarna beach. The hotel is family-owned and it has a homey feel to it with all staff being hands on in their service. The room was spacious with a gorgeous view of the beach and was cleaned with towels replaced on a regular basis. 「Dejlig frodig have med palmer og smukke blomster, der har ikke været noget at sætte en finger på. Dejlig stor pool. Dejlig udsigt vi havde både over pool og havet. Dejlig stille område med restaurenter og bager, og små supermarkeder i nærheden. Værten var sød og rar helt sikkert et sted vi ville komme igen. Pænt og rent. Poolen har åbnet fra kl 8.00 til kl 19.00 men er sæson åbnet fra juni til slut september men rigtig dejlig pool, med børnepool i den ene ende. Der er legeplads med rutchebane og...
