“The staff here were fantastic, friendly and really helpful.”

“Beautiful room, excellent pools, really lovely environment. Staff very smiley, polite and helpful. Almost faultless. They arranged taxis as needed. Spa was also wonderful. However….. Bottle of water 1L cost £6-7, air con hugely noisy, bed very uncomfortable, staff v e r y s l o w to serve drinks / food once ordered. It’s a new set-up so I have no doubt it will improve.”

“Een net hotel met schone kamers. Het personeel was vriendelijk. Ontbijt was prima. De kamers zijn koel door de airco. Een mooi zwembad met ligstoelen en dakterras om gezellig te zitten. De ligging is perfect. Zo’n 20 minuten lopen naar djemaa el fna en dichtbij heel veel restaurants en winkels.”

“very little service, impose us to add breakfast even i didnt book for breakfast. late for giving us room after 3.30pm. no hot water cooker in the room. no slippers in the room. have to pay to use gym. swimming pool waiter takes a long time before coming to our table. ”

“We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel. The room was comfortable and well maintained, with daily cleaning that kept everything fresh throughout our stay. The food was excellent, with a great variety at the buffet, and we also really enjoyed the two on-site restaurants. The service was a standout, especially from Abde Samad and Mehdi, who were both friendly and attentive. The water park was a highlight and perfect for all ages, and having drinks available throughout the day……

Le riad est superbe et rénové dans le plus pur style marrackchi. Tout y est élégant et travaillé avec goût. Un havre de paix vert et doté d'une piscine où il est délicieux de se rafraîchir après les ballades et les visites en sirotant un jus de citron à la menthe. Le petit déjeuner est varié et servi dans l'un des patios. Nous avons testé……
