“The room was nice and faced the beach. Upon arrival we were sent sparkling wine and fruit but some the fruit had gone bad. 😞 We loved the beach area but the water sports should have snorkels and masks to rent. That was dissapointing. The Japanese restaurant was amazing. Thanks”

“Very clean 10 minutes from the airport Very safe, small room with a nice shower 🚿, just adjust the hot water before going in to the shower 🚿. $20 Euro to the airport. Nikos is a very nice guy. Texted 10 minutes before arriving he will wait for you. Small kitchen for the rooms , coffee ☕️ and cold water.”

“The host absolutely deserves a 5-star rating. We suffered from a taxi strike during the vacation. Without his promptly response & assistance, we probably have to sleep at the airport. ”

“Zeer mooi en goed hotel. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Ruime kamer met goed werkende airco. Bar misschien wat klein als je in het hoogseizoen gaat . Restaurant van zeer goede kwaliteit (wel sterk Grieks georiënteerd). Uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. Locatie top op voorwaarde dat je over een wagen beschikt. Wel een prachtig gloednieuwe strandvoorziening aan het hotel !”

“We arrived at about 11:30 pm and had to wake up the owner/manager who drove over to let us in 5-10 minutes later. There was no one around the neighborhood but it was a little unnerving so late at night. We did not have a chance then or in the am to see how close any restaurants were to the hotel. The unit- a two bedroom apartment- was very neat and clean. It was an upstairs unit with no elevator. The owner/manager did carry one of the bags up for us. The bed was comfortable. The hot water……

“It is a very good experience to stay in Varaba Country House. We arrived the airport around 7 pm, and the driver picks us up on time. The house is very nice and new, the driver is so friendly and the dinner prepared by the cook is excellence! Definitely will recommend to friends and re-visit the house. ”

“This was a great place to spend our final night in Greece, although we wish we could have stayed longer because the suite was so nice and comfortable. The shuttle drivers were super courteous and friendly, and they directed us to nearby places we could walk to for food or supplies. We were able to pick up groceries just three blocks away and bring them back to the room to prepare. Just be sure to give them prior notice about when and where you need shuttle service. It's a great system and……

“This was a great place to stop overnight before our flight from Athens to the US. The owner was very flexible with our check-in time, he arranged for food to be delivered from a local restaurant and even arranged our taxi at 4:00 a.m. to the airport. The 4:00 a.m. taxi was a little pricey considering the hour of day so it was €40 for a 10-minute ride, but it was still a convenient stay and I would recommend it.”
