“An exquisitely designed property in a charming town, near Heraklion. Although it's no fault of the hotel, GPS programs insist on directing you on tiny, steep lanes to bring you to and take you from the property. Highly recommended to not rely on GPS apps. This offers small town flavor near to Heraklion with plenty of tourist sites nearby, including Knossos. Breakfast was great. We had a few pre-season hiccups which the staff endeavored to solve. “Wrklich schönes Hotel, was sich von den grossen Ressorts abhebt. Toller Komfort und sehr sauber. Wenn man nach einem Mangel suchen möchte, dann die wenigen Sonnenschirme am Pool. Ansonsten eine 1A Unterkunft mit modernen Suiten. ”

I had and early departure and she took care of that with the kitchen staff for a cold breakfast. 100% recommended for families solo as I was and food in the tavern was very delicious home made Greek food.
