Villa Eleana is nestled on the outskirts of Agouseliana village, situated on a spacious 4000 sq m. private land in the picturesque Cretan countryside, offering splendid views of the surrounding mountains. In Agouseliana, you'll find a couple of traditional taverns and a mini-market, making it a convenient place for your basic needs. The village is approximately 25 kilometers from the vibrant town of Rethymno with its Renaissance charm. If you head 10 kilometers to the south, you'll reach the renowned village of Plakias, known for its stunning sandy beaches, a wide variety of taverns, and numerous shops.
This villa is an excellent choice for those seeking a peaceful and relaxing holiday in the countryside, away from the hustle of city life, in the serene ambiance of a traditional Cretan village.
The villa spans 150 sq m. and can comfortably accommodate up to 9 guests. It features 3 bedrooms, with 2 of them equipped with double beds and 1 with twin beds. Additionally, there is a sleeping gallery with three single beds. There are a total of four bathrooms, one of which boasts a full-size bathtub, while the others feature showers. Över förväntan
Verkligheten är bättre än bilderna. Mycket fint mottagande av värden och både in pch utcheckningen gick smidigt. Fastigheten ligger mycket vackert och det är lugnt och tyst. I närheten finns några restauranger och en livsmedelsbutik. 10 min med bil finns ett bageri där vi köpte nybakat bröd. Med bil tar du dig enkelt till fina stränder och de närliggande städerna.

Lovely villa in a stunning location
We have just come back from two weeks at Villa Eleana and had the best time. Ages ranged from 13 to 57 and everyone loved it.
Photos on website don't do it the justice that it deserves, only issue was we were expecting 3 single beds (for 3 boys) but there were two doubles, and so one of them had to sleep on a mattress on the floor, so please double check before you go!
The villa is secluded with no one else around you, just beautiful views of the mountains. There is a school at the back, but as this was the summer it was closed, however they had a 3G football pitch (with floodlights until midnight) which our teenage kids (and some of the adults) loved. The local children even came along and played football with them which was lovely.
A really handy supermarket is within 5 minutes walk and stocks pretty much everything you need for your holiday (the fresh bread is to die for!), and there were two tavernas within 10 minutes walk which were both outstanding, and really good value. Highly recommended.
Nearest beach (Plakias) was a 15-20 minute drive away and well worth a visit.
All in all, we had a really memorable time at the villa, it was perfect for what we all needed.

mooi gelegen huis volledige rust
Huis is in goede staat en zeer netjes en zeer schoon.
Bij aankomst vriendelijk begroet door schoonzoon die ons alles goed heeft uitgelegd.
Halverwege ons verblijf van 10 nachten werden alle bedden lakens en handdoeken vervangen ( goede service )
Wij hebben een prachtige vakantie gehad.

Great property

Urlaub im Traumhaus
Mit insgesamt 5 Freunden haben wir eine Woche im Traumhaus verbracht. Hier war alles sauber und hat alles funktioniert. Gute Raumaufteilung, der Pool sehr gut.
Die Versorgung klappte dank des nahen mini marktes sehr gut. Abschließend: Bewertung sehr gut.

Tolles Haus
Ein sehr schönes , ruhig gelegenens Haus. Der Vermieter hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und alles erklärt. Einzig der (zum Anreisezeitpunkt noch beworbenene) SAT-TV-Empfang steht nicht zur Verfügung, ansonsten geben die Fotos einen sehr genauen Eindruck. Auch bei Fragen zwischendurch hat Oreo-Travel ganz fix reagiert. Die Ruhe am schönen Pool mit Blick zu den Bergen haben zum tollen Urlaub beigetragen. Für Kinder auch der Bereich unter dem Dach ein Highlight. Die Anfahrt ist problemlos, für Unternehmungen ein Auto auf jeden Fall nötig, Rethymnon ist in gut 20min erreicht, Plakias keine Viertelstunde. Sehr empfehlenswert! *****

Wonderful villa
A really comfortable, private villa just outside a village (still within walking distance of a supermarket. Even the children playing on the nearby five a side pitch were never any nuisance!
The pool is one of the best I have experienced in thirty odd years of renting properties abroad.
The owners were wonderful, with excellent recommendations (including a very good traditional restaurant) and helpful at all times.
It was within fifteen minutes drive of the lovely little resort of Plakias and some excellent beaches.
All in all, would recommend this to anyone.

Wunderbarer Ort
Schönes Haus in hervorragender ruhiger Lage. Trotzdem ist vieles Im Norden und im Süden schnell erreichbar. Viel Platz, schöner Garten mit Pool, der besonders von den Kindern ausgiebig genutzt wurde. In der Küche fehlt das eine oder andere, was gebraucht wird, wenn man 7 Personen bekocht. Alles was I n allem ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Erholsamer Urlaub in toller Lage
Das Haus befindet sich in wunderschöner, ruhiger Lage.
Die Ausstattung ist wie beschrieben und ideal für 8-9 Personen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten den Pool, sowie die Grillabende genießen.
Sehr praktisch ist auch der Supermarkt, der zu Fuß erreicht werden kann und die Tavernen in der Umgebung.

Das Ferienhaus ist wunderschön: ein toller Garten und gepflegtes Haus!
Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Ferienhaus: das Haus ist in einem gepflegten Zustand, liebevoll eingerichtet, hat einen tollen Blumengarten und einen sauberen Pool mit einem fantastischen Blick auf die Berge und in die Natur. Alles in allem: wir hatten einen erholsamer Aufenthalt!
