“We booked a room for 2, but an extra twin bed was already there, so we are given a room for 3. The room is classic, clean and comfortable, with good air conditioning (but only Reception can adjust the temperature ) The wooden floor squeaks when stepped on . During our stay the elevator was out of order for a few hours, but quickly fixed.
Breakfast is decent. Overall very one here is very nice .”

“My stay at Hotel La Perla in Tremezzo was absolutely wonderful. This family-owned hotel made my experience on Lake Como truly special from the moment I arrived until the day I departed. “Come here if you'd like to find out what great Italian home cooking tastes like. We had two diners here, and regret we didn't have more.
The minestrone soup, lasagna and aubergine Parm are so fresh and refreshing, even though I'm used to the great Italian restaurants in Manhattan and Brooklyn.
It's nice to have a comforting dinner overlooking the lake, after a day of sight seeing, and finishing with home made apple cake and ice cream or rum with chocolate.”
