「This property has a lot of character and was the perfect size for 3 adults. The check in process was simple and we appreciated that when the property was ready we received notification inviting us to check in early. I had a few questions and received very quick responses. 「Really great experience. We are from close by and know the area well. Not here for tourism this time but it is a killer spot for that. The condo was very clean. The host was very responsive. 「This was our second stay at this lovely property one block off of Hollywood Boulevard. The place is always clean, well-stocked with towels and all the necessary kitchen items. The location is amazing, just behind the Hollywood Roosevelt hotel, you are close to so many attractions in Hollywood. The 2-car parking is incredibly valuable as parking rates in the area are very high. We will be back next year!」

"Room: clean, quite new Staff: generally very nice and friendly, we had a good chat with the staff who arrange our check-in, and explain to us everything we need to know. The staff in the restaurant were very nice too, fully aware what we need before we voice out. But the staff who help with the luggage socked me a bit because I forgot to give the tips, but face changed in seconds when I gave out the note….tips culture is so hard for me Location: excellent if you are visiting universal studios you have the free shuttle at the hotel Food: we paid the breakfast and it was great, don’t forget the waffles! "
