A large hotel which is showing some signs of aging. The rooms and public areas were all clean but are just starting to look a bit dated. The breakfast and dinner were ok. Lower quality ingredients compared to other 5 star hotels visited on the same trip to India. The coffee was poor. The staff were all lovely. Check-in was good. Main lobby area is nice.

We stayed for a night while visiting Agra. The hotel is clean and we had a pleasant stay. If you are visiting from the US then will find the hotel just like back home. Staff was very nice and breakfast was delicious with variety of options. The hotel travel desk arranged a taxi and guide for us to visit Taj Mahal and Agra Fort, the package is reasonably priced. However i would not recommend travel desk for out of station ( city) travel. We were given same CNG taxi for our booking to Jaipur, which was not comfortable for 5 hour journey.

We really enjoyed our stay at Doubletree By Hilton. The staff were excellent. The spa was fabulous. We got a facial and hair spa and it was fantastic. Special shoutout to Sourav. He made our stay absolutely worth it. He ensured our needs were taken care of and made us feel valuable guests of the hotel. I absolutely recommend this hotel.
