Large villa a stone's throw from the beaches of San Leone, with its premises by the sea and restaurants.
Comfortably furnished, with verandas and outdoor areas, the villa is ideal for a relaxing holiday.
The large spaces, the 4 bedrooms, the 10 beds, the 3 bathrooms, the 2 kitchens and the outdoor spaces make it the right solution for groups of families wishing to spend their days together at the beach and the evenings in front of a grilled fish fresh.
In fact, the Villa has an internal kitchen with dishwasher, oven and fridge but also an outdoor kitchen with barbecue.

(The pool is under construction in the garden of the villa and will soon be present in the photos!)
The parking is private and the space inside the gate.
Pets allowed.
The Valley of the Temples is a 10-minute drive from the villa, while Scala dei Turchi is a 15-minute drive away.
Supermarkets and commercial activities are 5 minutes away
The place is easily accessible from the major communication routes.

Da rivedere
La villa era nel complesso rispondente alle aspettative alle foto e molto comoda per 10 persone. Purtroppo l accoglienza è stata pessima perché al nostro arrivo la villa era incredibilmente ancora occupata. Ci è stata consegnata alle 9 di sera ancora in fase di pulizia.. peraltro non fatta come si deve. Il proprietario è stato nel complesso abbastanza veloce nel risolvere le problematiche che si sono presentate ma la casa va consegnata pronta da subito!
