Access to the house is via seven steps, then everything is on one level. There is an entrance hall, a fitted kitchen, and a living room with large bay windows comprising a dining area and a lounge area.

The bathroom has a large shower, and there is a separate toilet. The house has three bedrooms:
- One double bed (140 x 190 cm)
- Two single beds (90 x 200 cm)
- One queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm) and a desk area.
From the living room, there is access to a terrace and a balcony. There is an unobstructed view of the garden.

Outside: a private, wooded park of one hectare, a private path through the woods. On-site parking.

Baby equipment: Cot, bathtub, and high chair.
Utilities are billed according to meter readings. Fiber optic internet access is available.

No pets allowed (fencing is currently being installed).

Optional: A private indoor 5-person spa, located in a separate glass-enclosed room accessible from the outside, is available year-round. Rates for a 2-3 night stay: €100 and for a 4-7 night stay: €150. Spacious and comfortable rental, very pleasant thanks to the unobstructed views from every room. Nature is an integral part of the cottage's decor. Along the park and private path, you can observe wildlife in complete tranquility. The accommodation is located near the Château de La Rochefoucauld and the Braconne state forest.
