“This was our 5th return to this property and like all the previous visits it was fabulous. The home is spotless, kitchen well stocked, the bedrooms are comfortable and cool with AC, and the sunsets were spectacular from the rooftop deck. The home sits steps from Sandy Beach and check in was a breeze. We’ve appreciated the consistency of this property over the years and will be back again next year! .”

There is also no elevator so if u have someone with limited mobility this place probably isn’t for you. “Unit is in a safe area, right off the beach. Photos helped provide a smooth check-in, from finding the correct building to signing onto the WiFi. Unit was clean and smelled very nice. We made good use of the washer and dryer and kitchen supplies. We totally appreciated the water bottles, snacks, and coffee! Beach items were also available. Unit is located near several great restaurants, including Ola Lola's Tiki Bar, which has an amazing peanut butter burger. We would definitely stay in this……

“We rented both the upper and lower units together. Very comfortable for our group of 7 with room to spare. Bright and airy. Beautiful outside living space. The lower unit had floats for playing in the ocean as well as plenty of beach chairs. We were in and out of the water all the time - great adult fun! Loved walking through all the neighborhood for early morning exercise. Lots of dogs but no troubles. Clean and well appointed. Beds comfortable. We walked to many restaurants and bars. Must……

“We stayed in this location May, 2024 loved the location, great pool and food carts right outside the complex. The beach is not for swimming, too many rocks and sea urchins BUT the best beach (jobos) it’s at walking distance with a ton of options to dine. It was just my husband and I but it looked great for families.”

“Had a wonderful stay. 3 couples and none had been to Puerto Rico. The place was amazing and the perfect location. Only real issue we had was no water when we arrived, no fault of the condo. We contacted the host, Luis, and he promptly responded and said he would find out. He shortly responded back and had found out it was a water line break in the area and the water dept was working hard to get it fixed. We had water later that evening.
