"We had an amazing time. Our only issue was that one of the beds had dirty linen, but the front desk sent someone immediately to put new linen on the bed. The beds were comfortable, and we especially liked that we could sit outdoors just outside the room. The food in the dining room was great, and we enjoyed the buffet on our second day. We would especially like to mention William, who works in the buffet area, although all of the staff were great. Be aware that the general store is extremely costly and many of the things sold there can be bought for literally half the price at the visitor center. If you have difficulty climbing stairs, request a first floor room."
