totally misrepresented on the website. photos from years ago lead one to believe. it's a functioning hotel. paid a ridiculous amount to fund the upcoming renovation. i would expect a refund. highlights:
dirty carpet in room, horrible unhygienic repair work in shower, dank and uncared for. reception is a mess, public area look like a doss house. walls peeling...
breakfast was meagre and tasteless

All the information mentioned in cambay grand site is fake and Cheating the customer
Hotel reception person has no word other than sorry when i addressed the complaint.

Disappointing
The hotel was completely rundown,definitely in need of refurbishment.
The internet connection was non existent and the staff had no idea about how to resolve these issues.
No television was available and despite complaining again this wasn’t sorted and no explanations were given.
The complimentary water bottle was a used one ,open.
None of my issues were dealt with and access to any manager was impossible.
There weren’t any no smoking rooms available,therefore my bedroom smelt heavily of cigarette smoke which was very unpleasant.
No emergency lighting was available when the electricity cut off and I had to make my way downstairs in the dark,so quite dangerous.
The site should use updated photographs of the hotel so that people know exactly they are booking.

Worst rooms, washrooms, Wi-Fi, restaurant with dirt, cockroach. Washrooms dirty, Very old property & not at all maintained. It is simply roadside or railway station type of lodging feel ..

Drainage in washroom
Drainage in washroom is not proper. A little water on the floor from the basin passes to the bedroom which makes the room filthy

Lodge Like Stay
A Lodge like stay.
Swimming pool is closed since many months. Hot water for bath comes only in mornin that too frm 7:30 -10am.
In breakfast they keep paper cups for tea and coffee and they give you cup and saucer only on request.
1 of the biggest thing missing was SMILE on each n every staff memebers.
