「入住時剛好遇到星期日，飯店接待處只有一隻電話，偏偏打通電話給的密碼無法打開存放房間鑰匙的信箱，我們是等到剛好同樣要入住此飯店的中國籍旅客（剛好會講法語）才順利取得入住的房間鑰匙，令人捏法冷汗。房間內的設備挺齊全，對於家庭旅遊的我們是最適合不過了！除了上述的以外，算是在此度過舒適的一晚。」

「Ce fut une expérience époustouflante, jamais nous n’aurions imaginé dormir dans un véritable château, à ce point authentique, historique et romantique. 「Conveniently located south of Dijon, just off the A31; ideal for an overnight stop. Clean and functional hotel. Parking was limited, but we arrived quite late (during the high season) and managed to squeeze in. 」

「Friendly and helpful front desk staff who even negotiated on the phone for us to ask the biking tour guide to greet us at the Beaune train station. His English is very good. The room is very modern looking and stylish. Compared to other hotels we have stayed, this one is not as spotless, but it's still clean. I love the location that allowed us to rush in and out of the trail station without the need to call for a taxi.」
