Not accurate or ada friendly.

The trailer was very clean and well stocked. The location next to the river was fantastic. Could hear the river from the deck. It wasn’t private. Had a direct view of owners house. The cover for the hot tub was in terrible condition and difficult to remove and replace. The access to the trailer is not ads compliant the hill was very steep. They never said it was Ada compliant but a head up would help.

Happy campers!!

Awesome luxury RV getaway!! We needed a place to recharge after a few long days of catching up with family, before a long drive more north to see more family! This was the perfect lil spot!! The hot tub was definitely a plus. We thoroughly enjoyed every moment, thank you!

Anniversary

Stayed on our honeymoon and came back on our 1 year anniversary. The hot tub is great and love hearing the Fresno River. Will be back again to the Happy Hedgehog

The real deal hidden gem!

Stayed here with my sister for a little girls nature escape. This property truly lived up to the pics on the posting. Beautiful, comfortable and private location, still only 10 min to town. Hosts are timely and friendly with communication. Hot tub above the river, so relaxing! 5th wheel has more amenities than some of the cabins we looked at prior. The nightly rate, cleaning fee and late checkout charge are all very reasonable. I would say this listing is a hidden gem for sure!
