“The air was cold. Room was pretty clean, except microwave. Very dirty. Bed dipped down on right side a lot. It needed updated furniture that was broken but not a bug in sight!! For the rate it did the job!! Bathroom very clean.”

“Our stay here was mediocre. Not sure how it an excellent rating because I wasn’t impressed. The good parts were a comfortable bed and easy parking. Bad part was the shower caulking needs to be replaced as it looked moldy and was peeling. There was a razor in the bathroom trash can when we arrived (gross!), so was the room not cleaned well or did someone use it really quick after it had been cleaned…? Additionally, the kitchen area was lacking! Mismatched kitchen ware, looked like they gathered……

“I wish I could think of one positive thing to say about my stay here. From problems at check in to being unable to contact anyone at the front desk. No hot water in the bathroom, a refrigerator that wasn’t cold. Putting a desk chair on rollers on a tile floor was a recipe for disaster as it slid out from under me and I fell. That was all topped off by coming back at the end of the day to find that my door had been left open by the cleaning staff. The woman who cooked the breakfast was very……

The moment I opened the door to my room, it was immediately clear that no amount of sleep deprivation could make this acceptable. The condition of the room was genuinely shocking — not in a “budget hotel, manage your expectations” way, but in a “this should not be rented to human beings” way. Everything looked worn beyond the point of no return: the kind of wear that tells you maintenance hasn’t been a……
