Beautiful apartment in an amazing location

We spent a few days in this apartment, the location is absolutely stunning with an amazing view on the lake, the hosts are super friendly and always there to help you as they also live on the estate. You can directly go on hiking trips from the apartment or just spend time relaxing at the pool! Bringing a dog also was no problem, as the hosts have a dog on their own and are very animal friendly! :)Things that are good to know are that the drive to the apartment is a very steep gravel road, so it might be a bit bumpy for smaller cars! Also the providing and washing of towels and bed sheets and the cleaning of the apartment cost extra, if you want to save money you can bring them yourself or do the cleaning on your own!

Perfect to relax

When you look for a relaxing period of vacation, this is the place to be. On the hill, with view on the "lac d'Aiguebelette" you can enjoy the silence while looking over the lake and swimming in the pool. The owners, living next to the guesthouse, are very friendly and supportive.

Peaceful and amazing view

We where happy that we were very welcome with our dog. We could leave the car at the house and start hiking. The infinity pool is amazing ! The owners are there is you need anything, just ask them. thanks again to Nicole and Chlaude !

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der gut ausgestatteten und schön möblierten Ferienwohnung sehr genossen. Wir haben die Umgebung, das herrliche Pool und den See Aiguebelette wirklich sehr genossen. Die Aussicht ist extrem schön und einzigartig. Die Umgebung hat viel zu bieten und ist toll geeignet für kurze und längere Wanderungen mit Hunden aber auch ohne. Nochmals vielen Dank für die Hilfe mit dem Auto. Abschließend möchte ich sagen: Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vacances reposantes

Nous avons passé un séjour de 15 jours très agréable dans un gîte à la fois fonctionnel et idéalement situé, offrant une vue splendide sur le lac et de superbes couchers de soleil. Nous avons pleinement profité de la magnifique piscine surplombant le paysage, même si la vue est en partie obstruée par les arbres du voisin du dessous, qui gagneraient à être taillés.L’accueil des hôtes a été chaleureux : ils ont su nous conseiller avec justesse sur les découvertes à faire dans la région. À noter toutefois que le gîte se trouve sur leur propriété, ce qui implique de respecter certaines règles de vie.Petit bémol : l’accès se fait par un chemin forestier d’environ 500 mètres, un peu cahoteux.

Kleine, charmante Wohnung auf dem Gelände eines netten älteren Paares (Nicole & Claude). Die Wohnung wurde wohl etwas länger nicht vermietet, da alles etwas staubig war. Aber alles in allem ein toller Aufenthalt inkl Hund!

Très agréable séjour

Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Nicole et Claude qui sont d’une extrême gentillesse et très disponibles. Le gîte est très agréable et très propre. Il y a toutes les commodités nécessaires pour passer un très bon séjour. L’extérieur et la piscine sont magnifiques, idéal pour passer des vacances au calme. Notre petite chienne a été accueillie comme un reine. Elle a aussi passé de très bonnes vacances.

Au balcon du lac

Magnifique localisation en pleine nature et situation en balcon sur le lac offrant des lumières et des paysages magnifiques. La piscine bien qu’un peu froide au début du séjour est un atout pour cette location. Le chalet est très confortable et la table dans la pièce de séjour permet des repas avec vue sur lac. Très bons souvenirs du jardin. Claude très attentif au soin de la piscine.

Annulation le jour J

Malheureusement suite à un départ de feu dans le tableau électrique du logement notre réservation a été annulé 5 heures avant notre arrivée (logement réservé depuis plusieurs semaines). Abritel ne nous a pas contacté ni proposé de solutions alternative, très pratique lors d'une semaine de vacances de 6 jours avec un enfant en bas âge pour pouvoir se reloger à nos frais. Le propriétaire n'y est malheureusement pour rien, les accidents et les sinistres peuvent arriver. Sachez toutefois en tant que voyageur que si cette mésaventure vous arrive, Abritel ne vous propose aucune solution et ne prend pas la peine de vous contacter. Le seul point positif est que nous avons été remboursé très rapidement.

Tolles Ferienhaus

Die Lage des Ferienhauses ist wunderbar. Der Ausblick auf den See ist traumhaft. Und der Pool nur für uns war ein tolles Extra. Nicole und Claude sind sehr nette Gastgeber. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wieder buchen.

Gite tout en calme et beauté

Un gîte, avant tout, avec une vue magnifique sur le lac, le gîte est spacieux et agréable, très propre. Ce dernier est calme et serein. La piscine à débordements est parfaite et calme. Les propriétaires sont d'une gentillesse inégalable et nous avons sympathisé avec beaucoup de naturel. Merci à claude et Nicole pour cette belle rencontre.

Agréable séjour avec magnifique panorama

La maison est très belle et vue imprenable sur le très beau lac d'Aiguebellette. Logement très propre et fonctionnel (veillez à amener vos propres produits ménagers si vous faites le ménage vous même). Les propriétaires sont sympathiques et accueillants. Piscine superbe, néanmoins elle est susceptible d'être partagée avec les hôtes. Très bon souvenir dans l'ensemble, nous y retournerions avec plaisir. Thomas et Stéphanie

Un vrai havre de paix

Emplacement idéal pour un séjour au calme au bord de la piscine, avec une vue magnifique sur le lac d'Aiguebelette. Le gîte est spacieux, très bien équipé et la literie est de très bonne qualité (une denrée rare de nos jours). Qui plus est, Claude et Nicole sont des propriétaires discrets et vraiment bienveillants. Une réelle petite pépite !
