30 miles to Augusta National. 6 acre Equestrian estate with nature trails, pond and privacy. This 3,000 square foot farmhouse boasts 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, 4 covered porches and 2 car garage. The main floor offers abundant room for entertaining with a formal dining space, a full chef's kitchen, wet bar, office/study, living room with smart tv and WiFi, laundry room and powder room. Master amenities include king bed, wooded and pond view, french doors to back patio and deck, clawfoot tub and separate walk-in shower and water closet. The back deck offers outdoor grill and griddle as well as a 5 person hot tub. Upstairs boasts 2 queen bedrooms with french doors opening to a private balcony overlooking pastures. There are two full bathrooms upstairs as well as a sitting room/pub with a shuffleboard table and a Key West themed balcony overlooking the back yard, woods and garden pond with waterfall.
