Located only 350 metres from the heart of Airlie Beach and main street which is home to a variety of bars, cafes and restaurants. You are also central to both main marinas and transit centres. This home is conveniently positioned with all major tour groups and airport transfers providing services direct to your front door. And if you have your own boat to go touring around the islands, there is space for that too.

For the chef, the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a delicious meal, but if you fancy a night off form cooking why not take a stroll down to Airlie or even visit Sorento's Italian Restaurant at Coral Sea Marina, just a few minute's walk away. There is also a Gas BBQ at the house... the options are endless.

With two bedrooms upstairs and a further two downstairs, there is plenty of room and plenty of privacy. A bathroom on each level for your convenience also. Please note there is an external staircase to access the top and bottom levels.

The house is fully air conditioned with ceiling fans throughout for your comfort during the warmer months.
Cool off by taking a plunge in your very own private pool, with a shade sail to keep the kids out of the sun.

Please note our properties are fully self-contained with full kitchens and laundries. Linen & bath/pool towels are supplied with beds made up, along with a starter kit of tea, coffee, sugar, toilet paper, milk, and detergents, etc (to get you through your first night).
