"The front lobby is very impressive and the hotel staff provided excellent service. Unfortunately the room, while clean and comfortable is a little dated as the need for an actual old fashioned key to open the door illustrated. "

"This is a very rundown hotel. BUT it’s so convenient to the airport (I walked through the tunnel) and had such a lovely breakfast, that I would stay again if I ever have an early flight out of Bangkok. My only complaint is that I had paid extra for a room with a city view. When I asked to confirm that this was the room I was getting, the very kind woman at the desk said something about upgrading me and I would have a room near the elevator. I didn’t realize until I got to the room that I now had a view of the pool:( I was too tired to fight it."

"Rooms looked great, unfortunately the bed or sofa was riddled with bed bugs and got over 20 bites in a 1 night stay"

"Hotel itself was nice, clean and smelled amazing. The hotel staff were helpful, polite, friendly and very hospitable. Our room was clean and allowed us to feel right at home."

"Tried to get in touch with facility 3 seperate times for early check in, no one ever responded. Property is very basic. Charged extra for early check in but no refund for early check out. Food quality was poor. Surrounding area very dirty, no close restaurants or stores. Shuttle is available but not free and charges per room instead of per party."

"The staff were excellent but the room smelled of smoke and there was a hole in the door where the spy hole is meant to be, but it was just a hole and you can see straight through inside the room from the outside. We had to put tissue in the door as a temporary closure, as we were only staying one night. The bathroom was dated and a mouldy / stained. The bed however was comfortable."
