“The hotel lobby was closed when we arrived about 6pm....we had to call and get a door code for our room...only 2 towels for a 4 person room.... dried blood spot on a comforter....outlets were dirty...could hear the people in the room next door talk very clearly (no insulation or sound proofing)....sheets didn't match....no stopper for the tub to take a bath....heat/AC wouldn't keep consistent temperature. All in all in was very unpleasant experience and we will not be staying there again on……

“Staff was very nice and helpful. Car didn't get any damage in the parking lot. Room was clean and my husband didn't have an allergic reaction to any pets that had been in there. I will say the people staying there may let their pets pee on the side stairs, cause there was a definite oder. otherwise, close to the freeway, walkable if you need it. "As a continental breakfast, the variety was actually quite good. Unfortunately, the hotel really needs a better chef—the potatoes were mushy and burnt, sausages took 30 minutes to come out, the eggs were overcooked, and the toaster setting was too long, leaving the bread burnt. The room itself was decent, but check-in was a nightmare. We waited nearly an hour because of poor communication between the hotel and EXPEDIA. Even though we had already paid, the hotel almost charged us again. Too many issues overall. The only real highlight was the swimming pool, which our child absolutely loved"
