「We've visited Marrakech several times but always stayed withing the city. This place is a bit removed, and you'll need a car to get to and from the city. This is an excellent value. Great pool, and the small restaurant serves up a good meal. This is especially a place for families with young kids, as there's a playground, even small soccer field. The rooms are very well appointed, and the kitchen has all you need for dining in, which is what many do here. Idea for an extended stay. Only thing...

「The staff at this hotel are really the stars of the show. While the property is a nice refuge from the hustle bustle of Marrakesh, the facilities are slightly worn. The rooms are very nice and spacious, the pools are a nice, and while we preferred the smaller more private pool, it could have been better maintained,(the tiles were a little green with algae), but again, very nice amenity. We asked for a room change, as the bass of the music being played in the pool area, was pounding in our room....

「Terrible service, especially from the hotel restaurant and reception staff. For two days, our room key card did not work. We had to go to reception 5–6 times a day, and every single time we had to wait for a member of staff to come and open our room for us. The staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. Instead of actually resolving the problem, they kept giving us new key cards, which failed every single time. The room was also not clean. I am attaching photos of a cockroach that was walking...
