Very nice stay. 4.5 stars. Only .5 off was that phone in one of our two rooms stopped working 2 days in and was never fixed. Not a biggy but still a bit of a concern in case of emergency or other needs. Luckily we had a second room with a phone that worked. Very kind and friendly staff. And Xmas Eve dinner at the buffet was amazingly insane. So much good food and merriment. Note that the spa is not great at communicating changes if delays or staff absences that may affect scheduled service. Also the spa pool is indoor which is super but costs extra ($10 USD per adult, kids free which was very nice). Shuttle to town fills up fast and must be booked in advance (at least 24 hours if not more). We will come back!

I was with a group of 6 friends on golf trip. Great location for about 7 courses within 10 to 20 min taxi. Also close to airport and Marrakesh centre. Hotel is huge with nice grounds. Padel and tennis courts are good fun. Pool areas are a bit worn and dated. Rooms are ok, bit dated. I’d say more like a 3 to 4 start in other European places. Staff were really nice and accommodated later check out. Buffet food was average but worked well for my group, with all inclusive food and drinks. All in all nice stay but not a 5 star.

Staff are amazing, plenty of things to keep you entertained around the place. Lots of food of different types to suit many tastes. Not much too see in walking distance but free shuttle into town daily.

Too busy

It was very busy. The staff always seemed busy and didn't seem very customer focused. Seemed to be quite an effort to get a table for food time which shouldn't be seeing as they should be used to the volume of people and it offers an all-inclusive service. The kids entertainment was nice. Overall, a just above par customer service experience.

well it is more like a motel. you need to walk 5 minutes to your rooms . second they have 3 restaurants but you really only 1 available every day. that is the buffet the others need to be reserved 24h in advance. no same day booking worst part when you do get your reservation the restaurant is half empty and you cannot help to wonder why you need to book 24 h in advance if they are not full anyway 2 days in a row we had to kill giant cockroaches never seen that in any 4 stars hotel i have been to. no room service..........none whatsoever ......never seen that in a 4 star hotel either

Bof pour le prix, a eviter en haute saison

Notre experience n'a pas ete tres positive et je pense que c'etait du a la haute saison. Nous avons sejourne en aout, l'hotel etait plein a craquer. Les repas etaient chaotiques, il etait tres difficile de trouver une table prete a nous acceuillir, le staff parraissait complement depasse a tous les niveaux, ils courraient dans tous les sens dans l'espace restauration pour ramener des assiettes. Dans la salle repas, nous avons attendu plusieurs plus de 10min pour avoir une cuilerre, une bouteille d'eau ou autre... Niveau hygiene, j'etais tres surprise de voir la femme de menage installer sa poubelle entre 2 stations de cuissons et levait sa pelle en l'air pour la nettoyer, les frites d'un cote et les pates de l'autre qui cuisent... Autour des piscines il etaient difficile de trouver des chaises longues a l'endroit souhaiter, les clients les prennaient d'assault des le matin. Les toboggans ne ressemblent pas du tout aux photos ! Ils etaient fermes a 17h au grand desespoir de mon fils, les piscines a 19h... La clim avait un prb avec 36 degres la nuit, il a fallu 1 nuit de galere et 3 appels pour etre enfin changer de chambres. Le lit bebe n'est jamais arriver ce soir la malgre la bonne volonte du personnel au niveau de la reception (excellent personnel je dois dire). Nous ne retournerons pas la bas, je pense que l'hotel n'a pas su accueillir ses guests dans de bonnes conditions cet ete, il aurait fallu, a minima, embaucher du personnel en plus pour faire face a la demande.

Triste séjour au Kenzi agdal. Dommage que les gens ne sont pas transparents dans leur avis. Je vais commencer par le positif: Les animateurs du kids club et animateurs adulte sont motivés et souriants. Ils mettent de l'ambiance même s'il n'y a pas full d'activités en journée. Le personnel de l'acceuil (reception, portier,agent de securité,etc) est serviable. L'hôtel semble bien sécurisé et la nuit des gardiens rodent dans le complexe. Le complexe est grand. Il y a tous ce qui faut pour peits et grands...plusieurs piscines, animations jour et soir, assez de transat, plusieurs bars, taxis dispo à l'entrée. Pour les négatifs: Le pire a été le service au restaurant buffet. Le buffet (que j'appelais cantine) n'est pas digne d'un 5 etoiles. Les propositions de plat sont répétitifs, midi, comme soir. Les serveurs et serveuses ne sont pas du tout professionnels. Le service à table est inexistant sauf si vous donnez des pourboires. Certains parlent mals aux clients. Ils ignorent les demandes ou tardent à y repondre. Il y a un grand problème à trouver une table propre et faite, des couverts ou verres propres, sauf si vous arrivez à l'ouverture. J'ai vu des cafards se balader... Le service de nettoyage laisse à desirer. Il a fallu quotidiennement reclamer soit la bouteille d'eau manquante dans le frigo, soit le changement de litterie, soit verres propres, soit des essuis propres. Le sol est resté sale toute la semaine. Ce fût lassant et ça a gâché notre enthousiasme.

Really nice private pool area. Buffet food is great, not fussy eaters and we liked it a lot. Coyld improve on dressed table availability....but did not bother me as on holiday so not in a rush. One thing is the fresh orange juice could be available maybe ....if too difficult then offer it to vip customer at private pool. Other wise beautiful hotel....staff are all here to help and hard working. Really good evening shows....fabulous dancers.

Disappointing Stay Compared to previous visit

We've stayed at this hotel a couple of times before and had good experiences, but unfortunately this time was a downgrade in many aspects. We were given one of the smaller family rooms for four people, and honestly, it should not be offered for that number of guests. It felt cramped and uncomfortable for a family of four. The buffet area was constantly lacking basic items like plates, cups, and glasses. At breakfast, it could take up to 15 minutes just to get a coffee cup. Some guests had to use soup bowls for coffee or glasses for juice, which really shouldn't happen at a hotel of this standard. They even ran out of ice cream while children were queuing. At the bar, I asked for Moroccan tea, but was told they couldn't make it due to how long it would take – even though I had already waited 25 minutes just to place an order. Towels were never available at 11.30 you have to go and pick up in morning. Lovely low level Property, divided into small areas which kept it very Quiet. Very French, not a lot of English spoken, but it was not a problem Lots of daily activities, but archery for example it was turn up shoot 3 arrows then leave. No assistance or scoring or competitive edge. So we only went once. As the hotel was full there were no VIP upgrades available. Food varied a lot. Good for pasta, pizza, burgers salads. Taglines tasty, but very repetitive Wh had a great 5 days but we would have been tiered of the food had we stayed any longer

Vi havde en blandet oplevelse dette år. Vi har boet på dette hotel hvert andet år men denne gang var både serviceniveauet faldet men også generelt hotellets mad, underholdning og mangel på service, håndklæder til poolen, mad. Vi bad om at skifte værelse, da vores værelse stank af kloak og fik et nyt værelse som lugtede at maling - desværre forfærdeligt. Vores søn fik taget sin Nintendo switch fra værelset af rengøringen så vi fik en dårlig start og satte receptionen i gang med at spore den. Vi fik skiftet værelse og rengøringen beklagede og afleverede hans nintendo . Det var en meget ærgerlig start på en ferie. Tjenerne var så fantastiske og knoklede i løbet af hele dagen. I forhold til morgenmaden, stod vi mange i kø så vi kunne få tallerkener, glas, kopper- det var ærgerligt. Hotellet trænger til en renovering hvis vi skal tilbage som kunde. Det bliver tak for mange års besøg men også sidste gang for os .

This is a great hotel with good facilities. Pros: Staff are very friendly and will do anything g to help. Good selection of activities every day from the animation team. Rooms well maintained and nice with daily cleaning. Amazing spa with great staff and massages Good gym (though air con could do with an upgrade) Shuttle into Marrakech - only 10 mins & free Cons: Main buffet restaurant chaotic. Always running out of food, cups, cutlery, glasses. Huge queues for non-Moroccan food and not a great choice. Very little meat. Breakfast choice been better in other hotels. Staff work very hard but are very understaffed so even drinks are self service (only soft drinks, wine & beer in restaurant). Cocktail bar near pool full of wasps, impossible to enjoy a quiet drink No air conditioning in spa rooms which was unfortunate and felt sorry for staff Not a great selection of drinks - cocktails mostly pre-made, no smoothies No ice cream throughout day except tub in main restaurant (big queue - two flavours!) Food not labelled for allergies at all Snack open at 3.30pm with good selection of pastries Would be good for mini fridge to contain some of the inclusive drinks Definitely stayed in better 5 star hotels and would say it’s a 4 star however we did pay less than we would for the more luxurious hotels so felt we got good value for money and would definitely return

Cette année le service est très bas. La nourriture est moins que simple et sans aucun goût. Pas de diversification au niveau des cocktails et jus . Bofff quoi ! Pas Activité pour les enfants au bord de la piscine pendant la journée. Il y a un Kids club qui ferme à 12:00 et puis c’est Tout. Bon le Rapport qualité/ Prix est vachement déséquilibré.

Nous avions choisi cet hôtel en nous basant sur les nombreux avis positifs, mais notre expérience a été globalement décevante. Côté restaurant, nous avons été surpris : la tanjia, plat emblématique marocain, a été servie dans une jarre, mais on sentait qu’elle n’avait pas cuit dedans, ce qui enlève tout son intérêt et son authenticité. Côté ambiance, la présence de personnes fumant dans la piscine, alors qu’il y avait des enfants autour, est vraiment inappropriée et gâche l’expérience. Concernant les animaux, cela peut sembler attractif pour les enfants au premier abord. Mais en observant de plus près, on voit des conditions discutables : animaux entassés, moutons sans eau, et un bélier attaché. Cela laisse une impression dérangeante. La localisation de l’hôtel est également à noter : il est assez isolé. Même si une navette est proposée, il faut penser à la réserver la veille, ce qui peut être contraignant si l’on souhaite un minimum de flexibilité. Points positifs malgré tout : le personnel est très agréable, souriant et attentif. C’est vraiment l’un des aspects les plus appréciables de notre séjour. Enfin, côté cuisine, nous aurions aimé retrouver davantage de spécialités marocaines, d’autant plus que nous sommes dans un pays riche en saveurs. Cela manque d’authenticité.

My fith time here - love it - great city break. This time we came for a friend’s special birthday, all three friends that had never been, loved it too! The staff are so helpfu/lovely, food good (& im a fussy eater), love the aqua and lots of things you ‘can’ do if you like. Heated pool for the cooler months is wonddrful. There’s a shuttle bus to/back from the medina but cabs to the center are reasonable (with a bit of haggling :-)). Can’t wait to go back!
