“They charged me MAD 44 per person per night for tax although only MAD 13.2 was stated during booking! The service is poor either!! Only one towel was provided. We repeatedly made request to a lady at the counter for one more towel. She promised twice to send it to my room but it was not received until we made further request to another lady in the next evening. ”

“Pluspunten:

“• The Location is very good. Everything is walking distance (train, supermarket, restaurants)
• The apartment is as advertised. Very comfortable and convenient.
• There is no AC/heating units in the rooms. Only in the living room. I went in April, so we did not need it.
• The reception staff are very friendly and helpful. They attended immediately to anything I asked for.
• The security of the building is very good. I felt very safe.
• Wifi was excellent. No interruption at all and the……

“Terrible!Terrible!
I booked two days and pre-paid, but when we arrived, the hotel's reception is out of work. And they said our room was sold to others. How can it happen？Hotel in Rabat is tight, we drove all around the city, but we cannot even find a room to stay. That was the most terrible experience in my life. So I want to complaint this hotel.”
