Small appartment with kitchen facilities that we didn't use. The complex is a bit far from the city center but walkable and accessible with public transport. The room and comunal areas were clean.

It was just a night stay. The self check-in room was easy as directed bu the staff prior to arrival. The room is small yet okay for short stay with stove, fridge, and clean bathroom.

Comfortable stay for a family near Aix downtown

Very nice stay. The apartment was very large and comfortable for a family with kids. Parking on site is a big help. Will stay again

Better place than city center

Very spacious and cosy with kitchen. I'd lile to recommend this hotel for family trip.

For the price, you get a nice studio with a kitchen and an airconditioning system that works very well. The property looks a little bit dated here and there, but it's clean and it has a nice bed and all the amenities work. The location of the city residence is a little bit outside of the actual city centre - if you don't have a car, you can take a 45 minute walk or order a taxi to take you to the centre.

Was good enough, like a university halls of of residence. The property was quite far from the city centre, almost on the.main highway heading into town. I was hoping it would be walkable into the city centre which it really wasn’t and there were no shops or anything you could walk to. Parking was limited and really confusing and the communication was not great. I got an email about how to check in but did not receive this until the morning of my stay when I didn’t have wifi to receive it. Think I would choose somewhere closer to town or at least in a more walkable neighbourhood if I were to go back to Aix

Hôtel pratique et bien situé Espaces assez grands et lit assez confortable. Propreté moyenne. Les placards sentent une odeur désagréable à leurs ouverture. Les lumières dans les pièces sont trop faibles.( luminosité jaunâtre et de faible intensité). Gênant pour la vue. On n’y voit rien hormis la salle de bain ou c’est très bien éclairé. Facilité d’accès.

Deux prises dans la partie chambre, pour la TV et la lampe de chevet. il faut débrancher pour se brancher pc ou autre.... Une baignoire dans la salle de bain mais interdiction de l'utiliser et ils ont retiré la bonde de fond ! Un mini convecteur dans la salle de bain, limite pour avoir chaud pendant sa douche. Bref, ce pourrait être très bien avec quelques améliorations car c'est spacieux. Pas super insonorisé néanmoins...

SEJOUR SANS SOUCIS

pas de problème majeur, absence de parking gratuit (on m'avait affirmé qu'il y avait du parking gratuit par telephone), néanmoins le prix parking est tout a fait acceptable. Une théière et un grille pain seraient bienvenus, la residence est calme ,bien située et le rapport qualité prix est ideal.nous reviendrons sans problème
