A fuir

Réservation prévue pour le lundi soir. La veille, averti uniquement par mail d’une fermeture administrative (risquée d’effondrement) depuis le vendredi.. Solution proposée: un hôtel de moindre standing (2*) à l’autre bout de la ville. Une rapide recherche montre que le prix de la nouvelle chambre est bien inférieur au prix déjà payé. Lorsqu’on les appelle (c’est pas eux qui le font), on nous fait comprendre que c’est comme cela et sinon on vous annule la chambre..impossible au vue de la proximité du départ.. Bref: professionnalisme inexistant, personnel irresponsable de proposer un hôtel sur le point de s’écrouler. Mais très professionnel et réactif pour comprendre qu'encaisser le prix d’une chambre 3* pour ensuite relocaliser vers un 2* leur permettrait de dégager une marge sur le dos des clients.

Le séjour s'est bien passé, personnel très aimable mais l hôtel un peu vetuste et surtout très mal insonorisé ! On entend le voisin chanter sous sa douche !

Hôtel ne disposant pas de parking, nous étions obligés de payé des places dans les rues. État général propre, mis a part le draps ou il y avait un....pansement.. accueil très agreable par une jeune demoiselle.

Great location, comfortable beds

We were very pleased with our room and the location. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful. Too sad, that they have no parking space, because the underground car park next-by costs 25 € per day. An elevator would have been nice, too. All in all recommendable.

気持ちよく滞在できました。

フロントスタッフ全員感じがいいです。部屋に冷蔵庫もあり天井が高く、水廻りも清潔、ベッドも良くよく眠れました。中心地も歩いて直ぐだしコスパ良しです。人に薦められるホテルだと思います。

Il y a pire et il y a mieux

Hôtesse d’accueil super accueillante très agréable ! L’hôtel en lui même paraît délabré A l’intérieur ! les portes des chambres sont lugubres Vieilles ! Le petit dej bon ! Dans les toilettes on a vu qu’il y avait eu Un coup de lavette puis balai mais tout n’a pas été ramasser donc un peu sal il y avait des taches sur une housse de coussin qui a été changé aussitôt et des taches sur les rideaux ! Ce qui donne pas confiance ! Il est Vraiment super bien placé ! L’entretien de l’hôtel est à revoir mais l’accueil et l’emplacement relève le niveau !!

Hôtel bien situer à Aix. #114 spacieuse et balcon terrasse, top pour les amateurs d’espaces extérieurs et idéal pour les fumeurs, madame,Monsieur respectez bien de fumer dehors! Rare encore les Hôtels qui acceptent encore des accrocs du tabac. Literie confortable, très ferme importante pour un bon sommeil 💤. Petit déjeuner correct pour un 3* sans mauvaise surprise. Pour la COVID-19 règlement d’hygiène bien tenu. Après, quelques petites réparations sont à prévoir dans la chambre du type: porte balcon, porte manteau etc... rien de bien grave. Afin, personnels réception très accueillant et sympathique. Dehors calme absolu. Bon repos à tous! L.N

ホテルまではバスターミナルから徒歩10分弱かかります。旧市街にも近く観光に便利です。すぐ横にショッピングセンターがあり、スーパーもあります。ホテルは古い建物でエレベーターがなく、重い荷物を運ぶのは大変です。

Accueil sympathique. Belle chambre familiale (137) Salle de bains convenable. Un bémol : la pièce wc est tellement petite (max 1m2) qu’il faut laisser la porte ouverte :((.

Il y a un trou au plafond dans la chambre suite à un dégât des eaux. Pourquoi pas, sauf que j'ai pris cette chambre en 2007 et il y avait déjà ce trou.... Il est plus grand à présent.

Le tout est bien et bien présenté le personnel est à l'écoute et les chambres sont propres. Le petit bémol étant les murs un peu fins et donc on s'entend pas mal ce qui enlève à qualitée du séjour et on se sens moins dans l'intimitée.
