“乾淨的客房及服務人員熱忱接待。”

“地點臨市集大街，購物很方便 員工都非常熱情，看到我們買酒回來主動借酒杯；去市集買小吃回來主動借刀叉盤子，非常感謝！”

“We booked last minute and the room was perfect. The hotel is tiny, the room was tiny but we didn't care at all about the size because it was so comfortable, clean, warm, quiet and private. It was at the top of 3 flights of narrow stairs that were perhaps a little challenging with suitcases but it didn't matter, it was totally worth the effort, because the experience was so romantic. We spent a lot of time soaking in the little bathrub, a rather rare find in more modern, "convenient" hotels. The……

“離市集很近，位置超棒，房間很大。”

“基本上很不錯的飯店，下次可再來。”

“This was a very quaint hotel, more like an inn or b & b. One HUGE drawback was the access to the rooms. There is no elevator and the stairs are windy and very steep. We could not get our luggage upstairs and had to leave them in the small lounge/dining area. We are technically "seniors" but very active. Anyone would have difficulty with these stairs. “乾淨整潔、服務態度不錯，但炎炎夏日冷氣不強，難以入眠”

“It was a nice, small room overlooking the square. Paid underground parking was very convenient as it is right next door. There were 35 steps on a circular staircase to climb in order to access the second floor apartment. It was noisy at night as the students were having a grand time in the square both Wednesday and Thursday nights. The concierge was very helpful once we were able to get the correct telephone number.”

“Excrllent service and location. Cannot find any better Hotel in Aix-en provence like this.”

“員工非常的溫馨友善，房間簡單乾淨。早餐豐盛，在熱浪夏天的歐洲房間裡有冷氣”

“The hotel is gorgeous! Very beautiful! The staff were awesome! So helpful! I can’t wait to come back!”

“This is a gem of a 5 star luxury hotel where the staff goes above and beyond. It is perfectly located close to the city center with a pool and spa that make it feel like you’re staying in a resort . Between the accommodations, service and staff I couldn’t recommend it more highly .”

“after checked in, i found that the room was not cleaned at all. Then, front desk staff came & checked the status, and let me follow her to front desk again and re-assigned a new cleaned room, no formal apologies. ”

“房间很干净，位置也不错，有免费停车位，可以在阳台喝喝茶，很好的体念。”
