“Too inconvenient. Inconvenient place, inconvienient service. We lived here for 2nights, Since our reservations were separated, they asked us to change the room at 12pm on the second day and the housekeeper can help us to put our luggage to the new room. Although it took us too much inconvienence, on the second day 12pm nobody came to my room to helped us. So I don't want to back to this Ritz Carlton hotel again. Awful experience.”

“My first impression was a rude front desk person at check-in - don't they know this is what guests walk away with? She was asking for registration/reservation number from Hotels.com, something I have never encountered in all the years of using this site. Passport apparently was not enough, I had to download the email from Hotels.com and email it, and when my partner asked for the Wifi so he could look if he had what she wanted, she snapped for him to wait. “Wir waren 11 Tage in diesem Hotel und hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Einzige Kritik ist das ab ca. 7. September fast alle Sachen für Kinder weggeräumt wurden. Die Hüpfburg, Kinderbuffet und der Kinderrutschenpark war ab 9. September auch geschlossen. Das ist leider nicht so toll gewesen.”
