"I stay here all the time the regular hotel staff at the front desk are great unfortunately one of the clients left something in their room and I went to the front desk to retrieve it. The representative was extremely rude. It took over 45 minutes I had to ask to speak to a manager in order to get the item the manager was unapologetic and seemed to double down on the rudeness, not impressed."

" First, the Hotel is an area of apartments and offices and has no services/restuarants within walking (except Tim Hortons). TV didn't work. Light fixture broken. Furniture stained or torn. Had to eat at the "Bistro." (Only) waiter said "it may take some time." It took 1.5 hours to get a hamburger. Stay away. "

"Stayed here for one night on April 25-26 Arrived a few mins after check in got all set up and then i went up to the room they ga e me and the hotel staff was outside the room with the door open.. not sure if they even started cleaning it or was in the process of doing it.. anyways thats fine mistakes happen went down and got another room but thats not even the worst part I had stepped out to go to the store and when i got back there was this couple using a keycard to go into the new room that they assigned me! We all go downstairs and they said it was thier fault and they did not vhange it in the system that they gave me another room so to them the second room they gave me was available like what if i was sleeping or even didnt get back in time to catch them before they entered.. whos to say they wouldnt go through my stuff.. anyways thats something that should NEVER happen again !"

"The room smells damp. The white window curtain never closes. The room is dark and not enough light in room. Bathrobes are stained with yellowish color, towels are dirty with stains on them. Bedsheets are old and worn out. Lots of noises from the room above if they use the bathroom or jetted tub. Break fast is a joke. "
