“Unable to contact the staff. I booked accommodation for 4 people, but they placed them in separate rooms. The actual rooms are very different from the pictures shown. Additionally, I originally booked the stay at a hostel in Palm, but when my team arrived, they were transferred to another hotel because the hostel was reportedly full. The listing shows 4 people per room; however, there are 10 or more people staying in each room. Paid for AED 1,687.68 for 6 nights waste of money!!!”

“This is probably one of the best ever quality-to-price ratio I’ve found after travelling the planet for +10 years. Zayed is excellent host, everything is super tidy and clean - 5 star plus hostel! And location is right at the Center of Business Bay. Gym and pool also accessible, there is 24/7 grocery store just outside, Lebanese Restaurant & African+Eastern.”

“Abdullah was very nice and tried but the communication between the stuff was problematic. Also cleaning was 3/10, toilets were dirty with no toilet paper ect. But, i have to mention dorms in Dubai is horrible and its not about this place, its just the standards. So , it was the best option between not very good options ”
