Nestled in the bush and overlooking the sparkling waters of Takamatua Bay, you'll love life at the Kingfisher's Perch!

This three-bedroom holiday home makes for relaxed summertime living with stunning views of the harbour. With recently added unlimited fibre WiFi, Kingfisher's Perch has been refurbished with modern amenities, but delight in the funky 70's vibes that are alive and well in the green kitchen!

In sunny months at Kingfisher's Perch, enjoy air-con and excellent outdoor living on the ocean-facing deck and comfy chairs, the perfect place to curl up with a book and watch the boats sail by.

Kingfisher's Perch offers kayaks and lifejackets available for use for both adults and children. At the end of the day, the outdoor dining area is an irresistible location for a casual BBQ dinner with your group.

In cooler months, keep warm with the heat pump and challenge the fam to a game of pool in the rumpus room, or sit back and enjoy the 300 DVD's available for all ages!

For day trips, historical Akaroa village is a lovely spot to explore just ten minutes away drive away, where you can indulge in fabulous eateries and boutique shopping.

Beilby 60 yrs of fun

The location and view could not have been better. Very steep drive. The furniture in the house was very tierd in places, some seats were thread bare. But the view was magnificent over the bay and this was not really mentioned.
