It seems the hotel is short staffed. Many times, if you need assistance from the front desk, you have to go to the bar or restaurant to get help. The room had a beautiful set up, everything was clean tidy and easy to find. Having our own fire pit and also the sauna as an optional add on was fantastic. The flaming tents are also so close to the beach and the reception was very responsive
