「there was a situation happened and feel your staff was handle it not properly . I was in your restaurant meet someone but a colleague who was check in with me together requested change the key for her to get into my room and you just did but not double check with me. you change the key for her but then I was not able enter the room. 」

Location is good if you are family with Tokyo - it’s right next to Nagatacho station which is connected to quite a few subway lines. The bed is too hard for our preference. 」
