“First time solo travelling and this was the perfect place to start with. Such a relaxing place, enjoyed the quiet atmosphere when waking up and coming back from a long day. The staff were extremely lovely and respectful and made sure everyone’s stay was as relaxing as possible. I’ll be coming back for sure !!”

“There seemed to be a lot of foreigners, and the smell was noticeable because they had left their shoes on the bed instead of using the shoe rack. I wish they had slammed the door shut and been a little more careful... There was toilet paper scattered on the floor inside the bathroom. Everything else was fine.”

“We found the location to be fantastic; it was great to be within walking distance of two subway lines as well as lots of great restaurants. We felt safe and it was quiet. The only difficulty we had was the safety exit signs which were very bright for sleeping - we recommend guests bring sleep masks for this reason.”

“The capsule and the locker is far away, super inconvenient. And the locker size is small, difficult to put my luggage in. I have no choice but force my luggage in the tiny locker. And the luggage is not allowed to take into the capsule area. But there was bad people Take the luggage into the capsule area in early morning, making super loud noise. Also there’s blood stain inside the capsule, disgusting!”
