“Great place, right by the sea with very comfortable bed and lovely pillows! The breakfast was delicious and the staff made coffee specially for us. I'd definitely stay again.”

“I guess I have been spoiled by the all inclusive resorts in the Caribbean and Mexico. The resort staff are very helpful and friendly to guest, however the front desk staff needs training on customer relations. I had a problem with the room safe not working and spoke to the front desk. They told me the bell boy will take care of it. The bell boy came and looked at the safe and determined the batteries are dead. He asked me to wait while he went for new batteries. After an hour wait he did not……

“Very clean swimming pool. Breakfast from menu was not the healthiest but the staff catered to our needs. Prefer to see healthy options nowadays, Greek yoghurt, berries, granola, avocado and scrambled/poached eggs. There was a Sunday brunch which was well attended and there was lots of choice. Not all staff speak English very well, but Nouri the restaurant manager was delightful and Aran the waiter was most attentive. The food in the evening is of a very high standard, in fact we liked it so much……

“Breakfast same items every day ( few choices) and usually just warm. Coffee good. View from room very nice. Two bars one closed. The main problem was the exterior areas, pool and beach never once in 7 days were they cleaned, or tidied. Clothing and an ashtray on a pool lounger for whole of or stay. Steps and boardwalks never swept. Can’t comment on restaurant as we spent time in town as much as possible. Aircon, bathroom bed all good. Would not recommend.”

“Good value for money in this brand new hotel. Nice little pool, friendly staff and a good location near the airport and close the sea and restaurants. I stayed here for business purposes but could well imagine it works well for a holiday too.”

“What’s not to love about the Six Senses in Kaplankaya. From the moment you arrive the staff do everything in their power to make your stay as pleasant as possible and to accommodate your every wish. The service, rooms, food quality and the facilities are all exceptional. The farm to table, sustainability ethos and attention to detail is evident throughout the resort.
