「UNNGÅ / AWOID! This is the worst "hotel" experience I have had. First of all, this is not a hotel. It is a small room in a shared apartment. "Disappointed stay. The worst shower among all my hotel experience with water temperature keep jumping from warm to cold every 2 seconds!! Can't sleep well as room temperature is high at night no matter how you try to adjust it. The carpet just beneath the bed is loose and we nearly fell down a number of times during our stay. Cleanliness is yet to improve as there is hair on the bed sheet when we just check in and the carpet on the corridor outside the room is full of obvious white small pieces. Room window is facing their internal structure and so can only see other rooms when we look out the window. The so-called swimming pool is just a small play pool for children. Breakfast though appear to have variety but is just limited to 100% western food without any Asian food. Overall, consider it is just a business hotel instead of a tourist hotel. As a tourist, it will be more enjoyable to choose another international branded hotel which will be more cross cultural and home felt."
