"One of bathroom button not working(cause us cannot use the shower head),guest bathroom sliding door is broken,has to lift up and slide hard take several seconds to close and open,upstair bathroom the botton of switch not function,half of the water coming from shower head half from tap,they said will fix it several times(I reminder them three days)but no one comes to fix,under the bed is very dirty,at beginning no any toilet paper has to use kitchen towl"

"this a disaster for us.
arrived at the property 330pm 14january2023 philippine time. the property manager rejected our paid reservation as the property owner had never received notification from expedia or vrbo about this particular transaction.
since it's getting late, we negotiated with the property owner/manager to proceed with the transaction with us paying cash anew with their new price rate.
we were let into the property 630pm where we found the property hardly prepared for guests:...
