“The staff were wonderful! Colleen, the manager, and the other shift workers were wonderful!!!!!! The amenities could be better accessible especially because of the price and I understand that the place was renovated, but that’s another reason I expected more…the cleaning staff were good as well, but the joking, playing, and loudness from them in the hallway was very disrespectful while we’re trying to rest.”

“They originally placed me in a room that had not yet been cleaned by housekeeping, and when they moved me to the last room in the hallway, it was directly by an elevator in an exit door, and it was incredibly noisy. The staff at the check-in encounter didn’t even acknowledge that I was there and had me waiting, even though there were three of them behind the counter and only one was helping a guest.”
