"GREAT for shuttle service. Only coffee in morning."

"The only good thing about the property, is the proximity to Buffalo airport. ! The hotel is pretty run down, and the entire floor smelled of weed. Some guests on our floor were questionable, they were constantly banging doors and swearing outside our room.! We were up all night. And checked out petty early for our flight next morning, during checkout, there were 4 cop cars and as informed by the receptionist, there was a situation. Never coming back here .. our kids were scared and so glad we were out of there. "

"The staff were very good, friendly and engaging. However our room smelled of cigarette smoke, even though it was clean it smelled awful. location is good, staff were good and the breakfast was ok."

"Fast internet, found a hair under the covers on one of the beds. Comfortable sleep, very close to hotel and quick shuttle service when needed"

" Elevator sucked noise all night asked for a 60 dollar deposit called them earlier in the day told them I was working a storm arrived at2:00 am had to check-in on some machine and try to hear some lady on a screen I just couldn’t understand anything she was talking about "
