「The first room they put us in smelled like cigarettes and this was a non-smoking property. The bed linens were dirty and the floor needed to be swept. They gave us another room on a different floor. That room was much better but the floor still looked like it hadn’t been swept for a while.」

「We were only there for one night for a concert but it was very clean (and I am very picky about cleanliness)! As soon as I walked in, I could smell that it was just cleaned. I also have sensory issues with bedding and typically can’t sleep in hotel beds, but I slept AMAZINGLY (literally the most comfortable mattress and sheets).
