Checking in was smooth. We were out all day the first day. When we came back, our toilet was full of brown water with "stuff" in it. I called down to the front office but they immediately put me on hold, so my wife went down to talk with them. It was late so the maintenance guy was not available, so we had to use the public bath on the first floor while our room was on the second floor. We also had to use the public toilet in the morning as well. Extremely inconvenient. No apologies at all. When we got back that evening, the water was clear, but the bowl was still covered in that "stuff". It was pretty gross.
We were told that breakfast was from 5:30 to 10:30. Our last morning we went down to breakfast at about 10:15 but the lady had already closed and turned off everything. We went in and started taking food for breakfast. She came out and was extremely rude. She told us everything is closed and we're not open, but you can get what you can. We told her that we were told breakfast was until 10:30 so we still had plenty of time to get food that was supposed to be available but wasn't because she closed early. That was extremely disappointing to be treated like that. One saving grace was that the maid that cleared our room found my wife's device that she had accidentally forgot.
The room was very nice, but the toilet and that rude kitchen attendant just soured the experience.
