Listen is this the nicest hotel in Cleveland? No. Is it the worst? Also no. Bed was ridiculously comfortable, front desk was helpful. Things are worn but for the price what do you expect. The location was good, close to numerous restaurants. The property is best described as spartan. There is lots of deferred maintenance issues inside and out. A number of basic comfort items are missing like wash cloths in the room.

Clean room, bug free, really comfy beds, nice items provided in bathroom (mouthwash, makeup wipes), only thing was the breakfast didn’t have much selection. Yet it was fresh and there was an attendant checking on us. All in all would definitely stay here again
