「Great staff」

「The staffs are really helpful and friendly. Their service has been the highlight of my stay. However, the location of the hotel is really bad, there is literally nothing around, no convenience store, no supermarket….. no retail area, only a Starbucks that is 5 minutes walk away. it is really hard even to call a cab to go outside. Also, taxi drivers are so confused about the direction of the hotel and they couldn’t find their way when we hire a taxi to get back from the city. 」

「The Waldorf Astoria Doha Lusail is a stunning hotel with great facilities, but their front desk service and room management were incredibly disappointing. I specifically booked a King room, but when I arrived at 5:50 PM, I was told it was unavailable. Instead, they downgraded me to a handicap-accessible room, and it wasn't even ready until very late at night. To make it worse, the communication was nonexistent. I clearly told the front desk that my local Kuwaiti SIM was turned off and asked them...

「I had a wonderful stay! The breakfast spread was marvelous with so many delicious choices, and the warm swimming pool was a real highlight. A special thanks to the wonderful staff, who made me feel so comfortable and supported throughout my stay. My room was very clean, though it does need a quick maintenance check—water leaks from the sides of the bathtub during showers even with the curtain drawn.」
