The Royal M Hotel was clean, safe, with good facilities. We enjoyed the downstairs restaurant, which offered quality food and service. On the plus side, the connected mall was convenient; especially the Nesto supermarket, which made grabbing essentials easy.

It's directly connected to the Fujairah Mall on the 1st floor (the mall is mostly food courts and a hypermarket, only one real restaurant). The hotel was fine for one night, though cleaning and checkin experience could have been better. Pretty good location.

Excellent team of staff in this hotel. I like to mention few names, with whom I had contact with and the professionalism, courtesy, friendliness they showed towards us. Manager Ahmed Yehia, check in staff Shiyan and Samayeta and housekeeper Shivam. These people are great asset to this hotel. Location is excellent as it is connected to mall and heaps of free undercover parking. Breakfast has great varieties and large dinning room with lots of morning light. One of the best hotels we have stayed in so far on our trip to UAE.

The staff are very friendly they allowed me to do an early checked in which was I needed from a long flight. I was able to freshen up and get my much needed shower.Shoutout to the receptionist they are very accommodating!The property is adjacent to the mall and supermarket which is very convenient. It is also close by to the hospital which was the main reason I decided to stay here to visit my aunt.

Dining room staff was outstanding. We had the best food of our 2 week trip at the Royal M breakfast, but the outstanding rating is for the staff. We had children with us who were not well behaved. The staff helped us by putting us in a sequestered area, and the 2nd day they remembered our preferences for coffees and other food items. Your reception check-in/out was also smooth and easy for us. We asked for and received adjoining rooms and a 3rd room across the hall. They obviously wanted us to be happy with our stay, and we were. The only disappointment was that the female jacuzi was out of service. Everything else was good. Thank you to all your staff at the Royal M Fujairah.

Royal M - Comfortable, Convenient & Friendly!

Ideally located for the purpose of our visit which was a night hike at the Fujairah Adventure Park just 5 mins drive away. The hotel is clean & modern & the rooms are quiet. If you dont require a beach resort hotel but rather are in Fujairah for business or other purpose this hotel is perfect. Staff are friendly & courteous, & a bonus is The Cellars bottle store & McGettigans close by too.

The hotel was fine. Quiet beach. Room was fine. It was an average hotel. Food: It was decent. Not everything on room service menu was available. Breakfast buffet was underwhelming. Other guests; Super loud. Between 9pm-12am, a group had their kids running and screaming in hallway. Not the hotel’s fault but it would have been nice if they’d said something to stop the disturbance. Again, average hotel.

UAE road trip

The twin room was big and comfortable; breakfast buffet was included and very good; the pool area on the rooftop was OK. Parking is available in front of the hotel or in the nearby mall, which can be accessed directly from the first floor. The mall itself is just average with few dining choices, but at least it’s convenient. The area around the hotel is of limited tourist interest. Staff was very helpful.

All over was fine ... elevators was taking long card scanner in Elevator most of the time not working till u reach the wrong floor or if u was lucky and no one Els press on elevator button then u have time to try it few time till the card scanned successfully
