“I stayed with my wife for almost 3 weeks and it was among the best decision. Mainly because of the staff like Parveez (from Bangladesh) was always so cheerful and kind. His smile and welcoming personality definitely helped a lot to feel comfortable. Same goes for Omar and Taheer behind the coffee bar. The would help even if it was inconvenient and we’re always so genuine and warm. We hope to see them again in a few months for a new family booking. Hope also they get the recognition they……

“I do not recommend this hotel for anyone coming for Umrah or visiting the Holy Mosque. One of the main reasons I booked this hotel was because it advertised a complimentary shuttle service to the Haram. However, upon check-in, I was told that there is no shuttle service during Ramadan and that I should use public transportation instead (they pointed to the buses outside). These buses had extremely long lines, were overcrowded, and the boarding process felt very disorganized, with people being……
